Bric's was founded by Mario Briccola in 1952 in Comasco in the Como region of Italy. Travelers came from far and wide to purchase Briccola's exquisitely handcrafted luggage in his own workshop. Because of Bric's exceptional product quality, attention to detail, and continuously growing fan base, the collections gradually expanded from luxury travel items to include Italian handbags, wallets, portfolios, briefcases, shoulder bags, duffels and totes for both men and women in the finest Tuscan leather and nylon materials. From a small workshop in Comasco, Bric's quickly expanded into an international company and now owns 23 Bric's stores in Italy, Germany, Austria, France and Japan. In order to manage the business' exponential growth and to carry on the rich heritage that Bric's stands for, Briccola delegated the second generation of the Briccola family to oversee this phenomenal expansion.
